Who MZOO is

MZOO’s official store says the company has been making masks since 2018 and lists an address in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It makes one product type: sleep masks “shaped like the face they go on.” The main lines are the Contoured, Spacious and Pro masks.

Where to buy

The store sends shoppers to retail partners, where order, payment, shipping and returns are handled. In practice that is mostly MZOO’s Amazon storefront. Return terms are those of the retailer you buy from.

What matters for sleep

Contoured masks use molded cups that sit around the eyes, so you can blink and there is no pressure on the eyelids. They usually block more light at the edges than flat masks. The trade-off is bulk, which can bother side sleepers. Blocking light at night matters: in a lab study of 116 young adults, ordinary room light under 200 lux during usual sleep hours suppressed melatonin by more than 50% in most trials.
