Who Joovv is
Joovv, Inc. sells red and near-infrared light therapy devices. Its about page dates its Original Series to 2016 and describes it as the first at-home full-body red and near-infrared panel system; that is the company’s own claim. Joovv calls itself family founded and lists scientific advisors including Dr. Michael Hamblin and Dr. Cleber Ferraresi.

Claims to check
The homepage calls its devices “Medical-Grade.” That phrase has no regulatory meaning. Red and near-infrared light has reasonable evidence for some skin and pain uses and weaker evidence for most other claims. There is little direct evidence that panels improve sleep. Warranty and returns
Joovv’s warranty page states that Generation 2.0 and 3.0 modular devices come with a 60-day return period and a 2-year limited warranty.
